Apple Smoked Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls

2 packages of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 cups of pre-cooked, pulled chicken meat
¼ cup of your favorite wing sauce
½ stick of melted butter

Mix pulled chicken with ¼ cup of wing sauce and a few tsp of melted butter.

Lay out Crescents flat in their triangle shape onto wax paper. Place 1 spoonful of chicken into each Crescent and wrap Crescent into ball by pulling all three corners together at the top and squeeze. Pinch together any openings in dough.

When all Crescents are filled and assembled, brush tops with melted butter.

Place them on a non-stick cookie sheet and bake in Tallboy about ½ way up from fire at 325° F. Use ½ handful of apple chips or a small chunk for a sweet smoky flavor.

When Crescent dough starts to brown, they are ready.

Serve with blue cheese for dipping.
