Violet Venom Blueberry Hot Sauce by BBQ Bob

10 seeded Jalapeno Peppers (leave whole for hotter taste)
1 seeded Habanero
1 ½ cups of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp. of salt
1 tbsp. of sugar
1 carton of fresh blueberries
Juice of ½ of a lemon

Place the vinegar, ½ the peppers and the blueberries into the blender and blend for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high for several more minutes until sauce is smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes so that bubbles will come to surface.

You are ready to bottle!

Great on all meats!
