Appetizer: Beer Braised Garlic Shrimp


2 lbs raw shrimp in the shell
1 bottle of beer
3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 tsp of 3Eyz BBQ Rub
pinch of kosher salt
pinch of white pepper

In a casserole pan or disposable half pan, place all ingredients in the pan and cover with foil. Let steam for about 30 minutes at 350°F or until the shrimp are pink. (completely cooked). Let chill and serve with cocktail sauce.
