The BBQ Guru "Versa Grate" is made from stainless steel wire material and is a versatile addition to your Large Big Green Egg, Primo and Grill Dome. It has 5 "arms" that rest on your fire-ring and when used inverted with a baking stone or drip pan, is a great substitute for a platesetter as it is lower and allows more room above for food. Also, you can put it right side up and use it for a wok, or skillet. Also, you can put it in the "down" position and it is real close to the charcoal and great for searing small foods like shrimp, wings, potatos, ABTs / etc.
