Coffee Infused BBQ Rub

A rub that has been in the works for quite a while. Mainly being developed as a brisket rub, its other uses are yet to be determined. While the rub packs quite a bit of pepper, coffee is the theme here. Fennel seeds dill seeds, coriander and a variety of chilies round out the final result...a rich rub that should pair up nicely with beef and pork. Maybe even lamb chops!
