2 cups bisquick
1 cup buttermilk
½ cup of sugar
3 eggs
2 cups whipped cream
Blueberries

Mix all ingredients except whipped cream and blueberries in a bowl. Pour into a *homemade or pre-made pie crust.

Bake in the Caldera Tallboy in top of cooker at 325°-350° F for 15-20 min.

Top with whipped cream and a handful of blueberries.

*Home made Graham Cracker Crust

Crushed graham crackers
2 tbs cold water
Confectioners sugar
