This is a quality, custom themometer manufactured and labeled for us by Tel-Tru, a leader in thermometer products. It ranges from 50° F - 500° F and comes with a high temperature, slide on, silicone stopper. This stopper can be placed snug into a damper opening of a kettle or WSM type smoker as well as be placed in a dome of a ceramic cooker by placing the thermometer through the dome and sliding the stopper on from the inside.
